Movement has always been the constant in my life. From sports to strength training to everyday motion, I’ve always been fascinated by how the body adapts, heals, and grows stronger. That curiosity is what led me to chiropractic.
My approach blends functional movement, hands-on care, and intuitive awareness—supporting not just structural alignment, but the systems that allow people to move through life with confidence and ease. I focus on nervous system regulation and building resilience through movement, helping people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.
I co-founded WITHN alongside my wife, Dr. Emily Dahl, grounded in our shared belief that care works best when people feel heard, understood, and supported as whole human beings.

Chiropractic first supported me as a gymnast—helping me stay grounded, aligned, and strong. Over time, it became the foundation of my passion for holistic health, nutrition, and whole-family care.
As a mother of three, I understand firsthand how bodies shift and evolve across seasons of life—from athletics and pregnancy to postpartum, childhood, and beyond. My work blends science and intuition, structure and softness. I prioritize presence, listening, and connection—because feeling safe in your body often begins with feeling safe in your care.
I co-founded withn alongside my wife, Dr. Taylor Meyers, building a practice that reflects our shared commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, nervous-system-centered care.
