  • Movement has always been the constant in my life. From sports to strength training to everyday motion, I’ve always been fascinated by how the body adapts, heals, and grows stronger. That curiosity is what led me to chiropractic.

My approach blends functional movement, hands-on care, and intuitive awareness—supporting not just structural alignment, but the systems that allow people to move through life with confidence and ease. I focus on nervous system regulation and building resilience through movement, helping people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.

I co-founded WITHN alongside my wife, Dr. Emily Dahl, grounded in our shared belief that care works best when people feel heard, understood, and supported as whole human beings.

  • Chiropractic first supported me as a gymnast—helping me stay grounded, aligned, and strong. Over time, it became the foundation of my passion for holistic health, nutrition, and whole-family care.

As a mother of three, I understand firsthand how bodies shift and evolve across seasons of life—from athletics and pregnancy to postpartum, childhood, and beyond. My work blends science and intuition, structure and softness. I prioritize presence, listening, and connection—because feeling safe in your body often begins with feeling safe in your care.

I co-founded withn alongside my wife, Dr. Taylor Meyers, building a practice that reflects our shared commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, nervous-system-centered care.

  • Care that prioritizes nervous-system regulation, trauma awareness, and attentive listening

  • An integrated approach to body, mind, and energy

  • Warmth and connection are essential components of effective treatment

  • Care intentionally created for all bodies and lived experiences

  • Thoughtful, adaptive care informed by science, experience, and intuition

Our Story

Founded and owned by Dr. Taylor Meyers and Dr. Emily Dahl, withn is a women- and queer-owned chiropractic and wellness clinic rooted in whole-body care. Taylor and Emily bring an intuitive approach to healing—one shaped by movement, somatic awareness and years of hands-on experience

Both doctors came to chiropractic through a lived connection with the body: through athletics, injury, pregnancy, caregiving, and the ongoing work of staying aligned in a demanding world. Their shared understanding informs every part, withn.

Originally operating as part of Core Lifestyle Clinic, the North Loop location has evolved as a reflection of Taylor and Emily’s values and vision. Today, this clinic stands independently—grounded in inclusivity, and care that honors the full complexity of the human body.

At withn, chiropractic isn’t just about alignment. It’s about listening to the body and the history someone brings into the room.

Pain is understood as layered.
Healing is treated as relational.
And care is always personalized.

This is a space built intentionally—for all. For women, parents, athletes, children & teens, queer folks, men, and anyone who has felt overlooked or misunderstood in traditional medical settings.

Leadership here is visible, embodied, and present.
The doctors you meet are the owners.
The care you receive reflects lived experience, trust, and integrity.

This clinic exists to offer something both simple and radical: whole-body care that honors withn.
